A delegation from the U.S. 7th Fleet Navy visited the Naval Squadron Command-in-Chief Headquarters for the first time on January 11 and 12. The command of the 7th Fleet, based in Yokosuka, Japan, is responsible for managing US Navy operations in the Pacific area.
The meetings, which were also attended by representatives of some naval commands of the fleet, represented a precious opportunity for the exchange of opinions on some topics of common interest, from the geostrategic situation in the Pacific area, to the search for possible future bilateral collaborations training and operational, beyond the commitments already in place.
The Allied representatives therefore had the opportunity to visit the operations centers and participate in the Daily Update Briefing, thus having the opportunity to concretely appreciate the maneuver scheme of the naval team.
