From 7 March to 8 April, at the Officers' School of the Navy of La Maddalena, the course was held to prepare the specialist marshals of platform services (SSP / TM-E) for the assignment of car driver, Department head o component chief of the ship system service.
The course is designed to provide the technical staff, who have matured a substantial length of service and considerable professional experience in the category, with the necessary knowledge to allow them to carry out delicate and important tasks on board the ships of the fleet.
The 6 attendees, coming from various commands, immediately showed enthusiasm, applying themselves in the didactic activities. Among them the c ° 1 ^ cl Samuele Desogus: "The role of conductor in the ship on-board system service represents for us technical non-commissioned officers the apex of our career and is a source of great pride".
The 1st lgt Antonio Carta, veteran instructor of the platform system department of the NCO School: "this is a highly professional course, certainly motivating for those attending. Our goal is to prepare the staff of the Marshals role for tasks and tasks strictly managerial, managerial and high-level responsibilities that in the past were mainly carried out by GN officers ".
An important milestone, not only for the operational value of the course that prepares the staff before reaching the ships in the fleet, but also in terms of motivation and professionalization of the staff.
