Saturday 9 April, in the sacred square of the Naval Academy, 79 students belonging to the XV course Officers in Stationary Stables (AUFP) have sworn allegiance to the Republic.
At the cry "I swear" there was a thunderous applause of the guests who were the setting for the unforgettable event for the students and their families.
The XV AUFP course is made up of 79 students (including 20 women), 10 of the Corps of Naval Infrastructure Engineers, qualified to the profession of Civil Engineer, and 69 of the Corps of Port Authorities, of which 30 graduates and 39 graduates in various disciplines. At the end of the training course in the Naval Academy, which will last 12 weeks, after passing the exams, the officers will be assigned to the Navy commands and departments for a period of employment of 30 months.
The established firm will allow young students to acquire a valuable background of experience in the field, which they will be able to use in the future, to face the other competitions for an officer or access the places reserved for those who have served in the Navy.
