Last November 20 Ship San Giusto received on board the commander of the Cypriot navy, Commodore Costantinos Yennadiou, during the stop in Limassol as part of the Operation Safe Mediterranean.
The commodore was received on board by rear admiral Stefano Costantino, commander of the Task Group 425.03, together with the unit commander.
As part of the visit, the activity of the air-naval device was illustrated, the specific characteristics of the ship were described San Giusto and therefore joint training activities between the Italian and Cypriot structures were discussed.
At the end of the visit, the commander of the Cypriot navy greeted and thanked the crew for the welcome and hospitality reserved for him, also leaving an indelible mark in the on-board honor book.
