From 16 to 18 March the Italian aircraft carrier group, consisting of the aircraft carrier Cavour, by the destroyer Andrea Doria and from the frigate Antonio Marceglia, has conducted, with the US and French, an intense training activity.

Leading the other two groups, respectively, the USS HS Truman and the FS Charles De Gaulle.

The exercise was developed with broad-spectrum and multi-domain activities (air, surface and underwater) carried out by naval assets and embarked airplanes, for the maintenance of the operational readiness of the naval instrument.

Thus the consolidation of interoperability between the navies of Italy, France and the United States continues. This interaction, in fact, together with the one that already took place in February, has contributed to increasing the ability of the Navy crews to operate in a multinational context.
