OPEN LETTER TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC (sent by email)
Dear President, good afternoon. As surely as he will have been informed, or at least I hope this has happened considering that I have not heard any of his words or public good wishes, the Rifleman of Marina Massimiliano Latorre, unduly detained in India and was struck by ischemia.
The lawyers of the person concerned have asked the Indian Supreme Court to grant that he can spend a suitable period of convalescence in Italy.
