The secret strategies of Italy

14/04/14

Does the all-Italian tradition of resorting to state secrecy continue? in all those events in which it would be difficult to report and motivate the people on complex events. A political tradition whose origins are lost in recent or less recent events.

Let's remember someone.

The Ustica massacre. A court ruling established the certainty that it was a missile that brought down the Itavia plane on the Ustica vertical, but some acts were secreted and after years it was not clarified why senior officers of the Aeronautica Militare have provided unclear and contradictory evidence of what happened that night in the skies of the southern Tyrrhenian. Land of fires. The confession of a repentant from the Camorra concerning the burying of toxic waste in the province of Caserta is minuted and the minutes are secreted and made public only after twenty years, without any reclamation starting from the moment of the deposition to date. Mafia - State. Mafia affairs covered by the instructor and trial secrets linked to the duration of endless judicial actions. A secret perhaps never to be revealed since a Court, at least as far as we know, has accepted statements of non-knowledge of the facts ?? formalized with a letter signed by those who should have provided testimony in front of a judgment Court. The case of the two Fuciliers by Marina Massimiliano Latorre and Salvatore Girone. For the moment nothing has been classified secret but, in fact, everything is secret. In particular the most important news concerning specific responsibilities or the reasons for the renunciation of international official acts - first of all the arbitration - that have never been clarified nor have explanations been provided (http://fernandotermentini.blogspot.it/2014/04/i-due-maro-e-le-mancanze-d...). Ebola Hemorrhagic Fever. Until now the Ministry of Health has managed the story of a possible spread of haemorrhagic fever, Ebola, already endemic in some regions of Africa, with the risk of propagation in the country as the meta Italy of thousands of mostly African illegal immigrants. The World Health Organization has classified the epidemic 2014 ?? serious public health impact ?? and our Ministry of Health has set off the alert in Italy with an 4 April circular not issued to the public (it is reportedly secret), with which it recommends careful vigilance at the borders. The note was sent to the ENAC, the Farnesina, all the regions and the Italian Red Cross, to the Ministry of Defense. A list of procedures activated by the national health officials who foresee controls at the entrance to the national territory and a monitoring, entrusted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, of the Italians present in the countries struck by the epidemic. No mention, however, of the current migration flows. Four thousand Africans arrive every day without checks, a figure that the Ministry seems to ignore simply by activating surveillance surveillance? in airports. The illegal immigrants arrive by sea and many of them, almost daily, disappear from the collection centers before being identified and have undergone a minimum specific medical monitoring, which is possible only at the Spallanzani Hospital in Rome, the only Italian laboratory able to perform the specific examinations. A very reserved alert, however limited to airports and ports and that does not seem to take into account the incubation time of the virus that varies from 2 to 21 days for transmission in contact with blood and secretions, and reaches up to 49 days for contagion resulting from sperm. An analysis of the threat too restrictive because it is conditioned by the model of confidentiality at all costs. The Directives, in fact, do not take into account that many of the African illegal immigrants who land in Italy, disappear quickly from the reception centers to be positioned along the roads to exercise the oldest profession in the world. The secrecy and confidentiality adopted negatively affect public health as they leave the citizens in the dark about the possible consequences induced by improper contacts with sick people. Perhaps we are faced with another of the Italian secret strategies that is part of the institutional culture of our country and is in addition to that adopted by 26 months, although with little success by dr. de Mistura, Government Commissioner for the story of the two marines. We now live in a country where certainly there is only the sun shining in our skies, where citizens do not have the right to know, where even the most basic truth is not told but referenced in respect of the language notes ?? dictated by the strong powers. A model that was thought to have been abandoned after the fall of the Berlin Wall, but which is back more and more in vogue with consequences that certainly will not help our nation to get out of the bad information or information piloted that has been raging for at least three years.
