The Biathlon World Championships on the snow of Oberhof (Germany) started today where the graduate Didier Bionaz, athlete of the Army Sports Center – Winter sports section, won the silver medal in the medley relay specialty together with Lisa Vittozzi (Carabinieri), Dorothea Wierer and Tommaso Giacomel (Fiamme Gialle).
“It's a great emotion for me to get on the podium, it's something special that rewards the work of these years. It's very important for the whole team to start well, we're enjoying our first medal but we're already focused on the next few days".
