Venice, starts the 70 ° Normal Course, Master for Navy officers and Ca 'Foscari university students

A particularly large session of the Normal Course of General Staff has just started atInstitute of Maritime Military Studies (ISMM) of the Navy.

33 military patrons and 5 civilians will be involved in a dense, theoretical and practical learning program that serves to perfect the professional preparation of the visitors, to prepare them to command ships, manage arsenals and offices but also to work in complex staff, in national civil fields and international, with a mature managerial conscience.

During the 13 weeks of stay in the prestigious setting of the Venice Arsenal, visitors will follow lessons in various disciplines. The notions of communication, doctrine, method, maritime and naval strategy, legal and managerial sciences will be put into practice, during the course, thanks to practical exercises.

A rich series of lectures by experts in the field in Italian and English will complete the training framework.

Civil personnel also participate in the course, thanks to an agreement with the Ca 'Foscari University which recognizes the course as a Level II Master in Strategic Studies and International Security.
