This year 'submariner profession' also from VFP1

From next year the boys (not yet accessible to women) graduates, under the age of 25, have the opportunity to pursue a unique and fascinating career, such as that of the submariner, already as a Volunteer in Fixed Stop (VFP1).

30 are, in fact, the seats made available in the last call for tenders for the Navy VFP1, the next 22 October 2014 expiring, and for those who want to directly access the Submarine Component and be part of the crews of modern Todaro class submarines and Sauro.

The candidates who will be winners in the VFP1 competition and have expressed their intention to access the Submarine Component, if suitable for the specific medical views, at the end of the incorporation and of the related training course at the Taranto NCO, will be sent to the Command Submarine Flotilla of Taranto.

Here, at the submarine school, which with its modern simulators is considered the university of submariners, and on board of submarines, young aspiring submariners, will begin their training that will begin with the Basic Submarine Internship (TBS), and then continue on board in our submarines, technologically advanced vehicles that offer unique experiences.

In this way it will be possible to become part of the abyss sailors, live unique and unrepeatable experiences and obtain a title of merit very useful for the subsequent competition for transit in VFP4.
