Bettica and Spica patrol boats of the MM help 446 migrants

Central Mediterranean - This morning the Bettica and Spica patrol boats rescued a boat with 446 migrants on board off the Calabrian coast. The rescue operations, recently concluded, saw the support of two merchant ships and two patrol boats of the Port Authorities.

The 446 migrants, including women 95 and minor 59, on board the Bettica patrol boat will be landed in the port of Augusta.
