Il divers and raiders grouping command "Teseo Tesei" (COMSUBIN) recently hosted two very important events in the panorama of underwater and hyperbaric medicine: an internship of the sector master at the University of Padua took place on July 7, an important training moment, coordinated by prof Gerardo Bosco, director of the Department of Biomedical Sciences of the University of Padua; on July 8, the group hosted an important congress, entitled “Update on decompression profiles for physicians and divers", which was attended by the most relevant experts in the diving and related medicine sector and in whose scientific committee was present the cv (san) Gualtiero Meloni, head of the COMSUBIN health service.
As part of the 90th anniversary of the establishment of the category Divers, the full synergy of intent between the Armed Forces and the scientific and academic world was therefore confirmed in a discipline of considerable importance and which sees in command of divers and raiders an internationally recognized center of excellence.
