The Undersecretary of State for Defense Domenico Rossi today participated in the celebration of the "Day of Remembrance" organized by the Confederation of Combat and Partisan Associations in the house of the mutilated war in Rome, represented by Professor Claudio Betti.

"Why is it still necessary to not forget the horrors of the Shoah?", Is the question that the undersecretary Rossi during his speech has placed the audience,"It is still necessary because we do not have the certainty that episodes like that of the Shoah will no longer occur", Underlined Rossi,"In fact, persecutions are still carried out in the world today, genocides like that of Srebrenica or like those committed by Isis which unfortunately represent a continuity of that horror that was the Shoah".

"Today must be the day of remembrance for the future so that a better future can come of remembrance for our nation and the whole world and especially young people are the human element to invest in.", Concluded Rossi.
