Monday 16th at 18.00 pm "Wagner Group: the spearhead of the Kremlin. Lessons learned from the Battle of Bakhmut"

12/10/23

The group Wagner, a Russian "private" security company described as a paramilitary force or a mercenary organization, has for years been the protagonist of every force action abroad by the Russian Federation, from the Sahel to North Africa, from the Middle East to Ukraine.

Its existence and operations have long been shrouded in mystery and "officially" not recognized by the Russian government. However, at least among primates with an opposable thumb, the direct dependence (hierarchical and financial) on the Kremlin is beyond doubt. Others they are capable of hypothesizing coup-making potential...

The "Battle of Bakhmut” was a series of conflicts between Ukrainian and Russian militaries in the context of Russia's 2022 invasion of Ukraine in which Wagner found herself, at times intensely, employed.

Monday 16th at 18.00pm we interview Nicola Cristadoro: military analyst, intelligence expert and Information Operations, essayist and author of several texts on the Russian military world.

See you there!
