On Monday 12 and Tuesday 13 September 2016 in La Spezia, as per tradition, commemorative celebrations will be held for San Venerio, Patron Saint of the Gulf and of the Fanalisti d'Italia, an important occasion to rediscover and to witness the roots of an ancient faith that binds the maritime tradition of the city to that of the Navy and the local institutions.
On Sunday 11, Monday 12 and Tuesday 13 September 2016, from 09.30 to 18.00 there will be the possibility of access to the island of Tino, and the population and pilgrims will have the opportunity to visit one of the most pristine places on the coast Liguria. On this important occasion, the Navy will, as always, provide an important contribution from men and vehicles to facilitate the visit and stay on the island, in compliance with certain limitations linked to areas subject to landslides.
