Waiting, for tomorrow morning beginning at 10.30, at the Blue Room of the 2 Pavilion, the award ceremony of the literary competition 'The story of the Great War re-read by the young people of today - No more trenches', organized by the Ministry of Defense in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR). The event will be attended by the Minister of Defense, Roberta Pinotti, the undersecretary of MIUR Gabriele Toccafondi and the Chief of Staff of Defense, General Claudio Graziano.
The Competition, open to Italian students of all levels, received a broad consensus, with over 700 elaborated papers that had as their guiding thread the reflection on the experience of the First World War, the historical significance of the anniversary and the importance of integration to preserve and guarantee the stability of Europe.
At the end of the award ceremony, Minister Pinotti will visit the exhibition stand of the Istituto Luce, which has created the book "Fango e Gloria". The volume takes up the theme of the homonymous film about the First World War, presented the 4 November 2014 throughout Italy on the occasion of the celebration of "Day of National Unity" and "Day of the Armed Forces", realized under the High Patronage of the President of the Republic and with the patronage of the Ministry of Defense.
The morning will continue with the presentation of the book "Mare Nostrum", "The choice of Catia" and "The sea between the lands", in video link with Navy Ship of the Navy.In the afternoon will be remembered the 90 years of the Aeronautic Magazine and presented the books "The cybernetic space between national security needs and protection of individual liberties", "Admiral skin", "Mediterranean and beyond", "In war above the clouds" and "The fallen of Italian aviation in the Great War" The "Media Combat Team History" "PALOMBiRO. Pages from the bottom "the activities of the day will end.
