The residential real estate units, considered no longer useful for institutional purposes, which the Ministry of Defense has decided to dispose of throughout the national territory, are over 3.000. In particular, in collaboration with the National Council of Notaries, since January 2015 a system of electronic notarial auctions for the disposal of properties. System that allows, with absolute safety and cost savings, to participate in auctions even remotely.
The auctions take place on different dates and in two phases:
- the first reserved for defense military and civilian personnel in possession of the requisites - the second takes place where the main one is deserted and is extended to all.All information relating to the auctions is available at:
