The Navy participated in the 25th edition of the Malta International Airshow with an EH-101 helicopter of the 3rd group of the Catania helicopter station.
For this event, which takes place every two years, Malta welcomed over 100 aircraft from some European nations and from overseas, for two days dedicated to the world of civil and military aviation, with aerial displays and demonstrations of aeronautical materials at the numerous stands.
The presence of an Air Force aircraft at this event contributes to strengthening the ties between the Navy and the Maltese military and civil authorities, also representing a precious opportunity to present the activities that the Armed Force carries out in the field of safeguarding life at sea and the defense of national and European borders.
