Il Regional Command West of K-FOR, based on the 9th Alpine Regiment of the "Taurinense" Alpine Brigade, continues to conduct patrols aimed at monitoring the territory in favor of the Kosovo Security Forces.
The operational activity took place in a mountain environment near theAdministrative Boundary Line (ABL), up to an altitude of 1600 meters, and was conducted to monitor, verify and prevent the passage of any illicit traffic, making full use of the movement capabilities in the mountains in complete logistical autonomy of the Italian Army's Alpine troops.
All carried out constantly in full compliance with UN Resolution 1244.
