On Ship Margottini, unit included in the European device of Operation EUNAFOR MED IRINI, currently moored in the naval base of Augusta for a logistic stop, following a swab check after more than 15 days of activity at sea, 47 cases of positivity to COVID-19 emerged for the crew and 4 of the Operation staff.
As a precautionary measure, it was decided to immediately carry out a further check, repeating the swab test in favor of all the crew on board.
