A team of Italian Training Mission (MIADIT) arrived in Somalia in recent days to accompany a Somali police unit to Djibouti, thus starting a training cycle.
The MIADIT mission aims to promote stability and security not only in Somalia, but in the entire Horn of Africa region.
The main objective is to strengthen the capabilities in the field of security and territorial control of the Somali Police Force.
