The Bersaglieri of the 1st Regiment shared the training sessions with personnel of the Slovenian, German, Portuguese, Albanian, Armenian, Moldovan, Kosovar and North Macedonian Armed Forces.

Among other activities, “crowd control” training was conducted to train personnel and their command structures to deal with the threats inherent in a Crisis Response Operation (CRO).

The exercise was evaluated by a nucleus of US observers, assisted by equal qualified personnel from the Tactical Training Centers (CAT) of the Italian Army.
