The authorities - welcomed by the commander of IT NCC Air, who illustrated the mission and configuration of the Italian contingent deployed in Kuwait for the operation Inherent Resolve - they had the opportunity to visit the shelters of the Devil Task Group, which ensures surveillance, reconnaissance and intelligence missions with Tornado aircraft, to meet the needs of the coalition.

For the women and men of IT NCC Air, far from their families, this visit represented a sign of recognition in the context of the international communities present in Kuwait.

Received by the military chaplain Don Carlo Lamelza, Monsignor Nugent, already present on the base on previous occasions, expressed his appreciation for the work of the Italian contingent, underlining their enthusiasm as a community, also active in good works.

Formed on 17 October 2014 to participate in the multinational operation Inherent Resolve,EN NCC Air guarantees unity of command and logistical support for the synergistic and coordinated use of the assets provided by the Air Force and, with the deployment of the SAMP/T Task Group, by the Italian Army within the multinational coalition.
