The defense chief of staff is visiting these days, together with the defense minister Roberta Pinotti, the national contingent that operates between Kuwait and Iraq within the anti-Daesh coalition.
Meeting the military, the Chief of Staff expressed words of appreciation and thanks for the work of the Air Force Kuwait Task Force (TFA-K) of the Air Force “you represent your country and with your operated contribute to international security, be proud of what you do as we are of you ”.
General Graziano concluded his speech by highlighting the pride "as your commander and as an Italian citizen in hearing the words of thanks, esteem and appreciation that I received from the Chief of Defense of the KUWAIT".
The Defense Chief of Staff will continue the visit and will meet in the coming days the Italian soldiers employed in Erbil and Mosul.
