The outgoing commander, in his farewell address, recalled the past year of command, thanking his Kuwaiti colleagues and American allies for their cooperation. It was time to take stock of what has been done to fight the DAESH through intelligence activities and the nearly 5000 flight hours of the Task Group "Devi", "Breus" and "Araba Fenice". The most important result was the 1422 men who over the course of the past year took turns to make it possible to achieve the goals set.

Lodovisi who pointed out more than a year ago, when a complex and innovative national air contingent was created within the international coalition Inherent Resolve, he did not believe “that the terrorist threat could change the roles and life of our society”. He then addressed the outgoing commander saying: “Today with great sacrifice, I can say that together with your staff you have done and are doing a fantastic job”.

Established on 17 October 2014, as part of the national "Prima Parthica" and multinational "Inherent Resolve" operation, the ITNCC / TFA Kuwait guarantees the coordinated use of the KC 767A flight assets, Predator e Tornado in the exchange of the international coalition. TFA Kuwait's mission is to meet the needs of the coalition structures in flight with their KC 767A; in parallel, TFA Kuwait is entrusted with the task of contributing to the definition of the situation awareness of the coalition through the use of its assets market, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Tornado, Predator. These produce high quality images that are then enhanced by the Intelligence cell and supplied to the coalition in the form of analyzes appreciated by the coalition command staff.
