Russia is very active in establishing bilateral relations with "friendly" countries and in making it known that the attention on the state of its army is maximum

Vladimir Putin is now engaged on all fronts to return Russia to the rank of first level as a military and economic superpower. Despite the sanctions and the declared discontinuity in relations with Westerners, Russia continues to establish trade and military relations with countries geographically considered key to the ongoing international causes.

To cite a few examples, the recent supply of helicopters to Egypt is interesting. Russia will provide Egypt with 46 helicopters and various equipment for the two warships Mistral that Cairo recently bought from France. This was reported by the local press following a statement issued by Alexander Mikheev, general manager of "Russia Helicopters".

Last October, France and Egypt signed an agreement, with defense ministers Seddqi Sobbhi and Jean-Yves Le Drian, for the sale of two ships Mistral on the sidelines of an official visit by the French Prime Minister Manuel Valls to the North African country. The helicopters that Egypt will buy from Russia are of the Ka-52 type Alligator and provide for an investment of over one billion dollars.

The Ka-52 Alligator is part of the new generation of Russian-made reconnaissance and combat helicopters. It is able to counter attacks from land launched from tanks. It is an ideal means of transport on ships Mistral.

Inside, Russia is also implementing a clear policy of rearmament and proximity to the military category. In other times, no one cared about the personal equipment of the military. Today, however, this too is news and must be properly disclosed. In fact, the Russian Armed Forces have adopted new uniforms, even in the Arctic regions. Deputy Defense Minister Dmitry Bulgakov said last Thursday.

"As we had anticipated before the end of the 2015, the Russian army completed the transition to new outfits of field uniforms for all seasons while soldiers deployed in the Arctic were equipped with new Arctic uniforms."

The deputy minister then told a press conference that officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers have completed the transition to a new form of casual wear. "To date, the clothing supply service of the Russian Armed Forces is 100 percent." Bulgakov said that over 40 million items of military uniforms were distributed this year.
