ISIS, here are the "special" means of the Islamic State: is it with this "invincible" technology that the terrorists have bent Iraqi and Syrian armies?

The office of the governor of Anbar issued some photos of the "special" vehicles used by the Islamic state. Defined as one of the greatest expressions of ISIS's home-made technology, it is none other than a bulldozer protected by some welded metal plates. These means, by the hundreds, were used by the Islamic state to launch suicide attacks against loyalist troops and to spread panic in the main cities of Iraq and Syria.

Dozens of these armored vehicles - add from the governor's office - have been used by ISIS in a recent offensive against the strategic city of Haditha.

"These are the deadly means used by the Islamic State. Impossible to stop, they are one of their most powerful weapons. At least fifty of these bulldozers were used in the fall of Ramadi, last May. They were filled with explosives ".

And yet, despite everything, these sentences seem curious. Does the West still fail to win against this "technology"? Against this "maximum technological expression", hasn't the world been able to stem the advance of ISIS? Against such "armored monsters", did the Iraqi loyalist army, armed with everything the petrodollars could buy from the US inventory, be able to do anything?

Despite the progress, it Islamic state continues to reign over hundreds of thousands of helpless civilians.
