Iraq: Even the Super Étendards among the protagonists of the reconquest of Ramadi

I Super Étendard Modernisé (SEM S.5) embarked on Charles de Gaulle entered into action against ISIS. In the last weeks of 2015, French crews conducted 71 missions over Iraq and Syria, including 57 in support of Iraqi troops on the ground, as armed aerial reconnaissance or support and 6 as observers for information gathering. 43 Daesh targets were registered as destroyed.
