The "executioner" was allegedly injured in a US and British raid on Al Qaim.
According to British sources (the US has not confirmed) the air raid would have caused 40 deaths and dozens injured. Among these is the executioner.
The allied fighters would have poured a hell of a fire on a bunker where a high-level meeting was taking place between the leaders of ISIS.
