"The nuclear bombs arriving in Germany will do nothing but exacerbate tensions in Europe and alter the strategic balance. It is another serious step that requires Russia to take the appropriate countermeasures to restore balance and guarantee national security. It is certainly not a step towards safety in Europe ”.
This is what the presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said a few hours ago, commenting on the US decision to deploy twenty B61 nuclear bombs on German territory.
The Kremlin official did not specify the possible countermeasures that Moscow intends to adopt.
