AgustaWestland informs that yesterday the Court of Milan partially upheld the complaint submitted by the Indian Ministry of Defense, revoking the order granted by the judge on 17 in March on the request for emergency protection presented by AgustaWestland.
The provision concerned the enforcement of sureties issued to guarantee the contract for the supply of 12 AW 101 VVIP / VIP helicopters, for a total maximum amount of 228 million euros, against 278 million euros of existing guarantees.
AgustaWestland will assert its reasons, also in order to recover the aforementioned amounts, as part of the arbitration process already initiated by the same.
