Leonardo: publication of lists of candidates for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors

With reference to the Leonardo Shareholders' Meeting, called in Ordinary session for 10 and 19 May 2021 (respectively on first and second call) to resolve, among other things, on the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors for the three-year period 2021- 2023, it is noted that in addition to the list of candidates filed, as already announced on 16 April 2021, by the Ministry of Economy and Finance (owner of approximately 30,204% of the share capital of Leonardo), a further list was filed by a group of asset management companies and institutional investors (overall owners of approximately 0,848% of the share capital of Leonardo).

The lists of candidates are available to the public, accompanied by the documentation and information required by the regulations in force, at the registered office in Rome, Piazza Monte Grappa n. 4, at Borsa Italiana SpA, on the Company's website (www.leonardocompany.com, section "Shareholders' Meeting 2021"), as well as on the website of the authorized storage mechanism eMarket Storage (www.emarketstorage.com).

It is also noted that the shareholder Ministry of Economy and Finance, when submitting the list, communicated its intention to formulate with reference to point 4 on the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting, within the terms (by 3 May 2021) and in the manner provided for in the call notice for the individual resolution proposals pursuant to art. 126-bis, paragraph 1, penultimate sentence, of Legislative Decree no. 58/98, the following proposal relating to the remuneration of the members of the Board of Statutory Auditors: 80.000 euros gross per year for the Chairman; 70.000 euros gross per year for each other standing auditor.
