Leonardo: the sale of the stake in the Advanced Acoustic Concepts JV to TDSI, a subsidiary of Thales, has been finalized

Leonardo announces that the US subsidiary Leonardo DRS has finalized the sale of the investment in the Joint Venture Advanced Acoustic Concepts (AAC) to TDSI, a subsidiary of the French company Thales.

The transaction was finalized following the obtaining of all the required regulatory approvals.
