India – Italy, interaction between defense industries

“We are coming from an important year, 2023, for India and Italy, with the signing of the Cooperation Agreement between the two States governed by principles of equality, reciprocity, interest and mutual respect” thus, yesterday afternoon, the Undersecretary of State for Defense Matteo Perego of Cremnago in his greeting address to the joint delegation of the Indian College of Defense Management  “It is a great honor for me to welcome each of you to this crucial meeting, where we discuss and strengthen collaborative efforts between Italy and India in the defense sector – a partnership that has profound implications for the security dynamics in the current geopolitical framework".

“Italy's participation in this initiative” Perego continues at the event organized by the Indian Embassy in Italy and the Federation of Italian Companies for Aerospace, Defense and Security (AIAD) “underlines the strategic importance of this collaboration in ensuring peace, stability and prosperity in the Indo-Pacific.
