FINCANTIERI SpA announces that it has signed today with the French State, represented by Agence des Participations de l'Etat (APE), the Heads of Terms announced the 6 April 2017. This agreement, which constitutes a fundamental element for the finalization of the definitive agreements between future shareholders, also includes the guidelines of the industrial plan prepared by Fincantieri for STX France, shared with the APE.
Fincantieri is working with the Seoul court to finalize the acquisition of STX France as quickly as possible.
