The Army continues to support the civilian population affected by the bad weather emergency in Emilia. The military of the Armed Forces, at work since the first hours of the emergency, are operating, in coordination with the civil protection and the fire brigade, in the province of Modena to evacuate civilian personnel forced to leave their homes flooded by the flooding of the river Bucket.
At 09.30 this morning the Army soldiers, in close contact with the firefighters, helped an elderly lady to leave her home by providing her with the first assistance.
