Deliver grades to 263 new sergeants

263 students of the 18 course sergeants received the grades in the "Salomone" barracks of Capua last Friday. The event marks the end of an intense training and training cycle, which lasted six months, during which the new sergeants acquired the skills to be employed in the departments and bodies of the armed force.

The ceremony took place in the presence of the war flag of the 47 ° "Ferrara" regiment, decorated with a Knight's Cross of the Military Order of Italy, two Gold Medals for Military Valor, a Silver Medal of Merit, and was chaired by the commander for training and application school, general of corps Paolo Ruggiero.

The event was attended by the commander of the army non-commissioned officers' school, general division Antonio Zambuco, and the commander of the training unit group, Brigadier General Gabriele Toscani De Col, as well as civil, military and religious authorities, representatives of the combatant associations weapon and family members of the students.

During the ceremony, in addition, Captain Daniele Paniconi, effective at the army non-commissioned officers' school, was awarded the Army Bronze Medal of Valor for his courage and expertise in the ISAF operation in Afghanistan.
