Yesterday morning, at the "Emilio Bianchi" barracks in Rome, the Army logistic commander, army corps general Francesco Paolo Figliuolo, presided over the delivery to the command department and tactical supports "Tridentina" of a car confiscated by the Sicily State Property Agency.
The activity, the first of its kind in the Armed Force field, is the result of the possibilities provided by the recent directive of the Army Logistics Command "Guidelines for the acquisition of vehicles from confiscations of the National Agency for the administration and destination of assets seized and confiscated from organized crime (ANSBC) and the State Property Agency".
The seized or confiscated vehicles that will be acquired by the Army belong to important sectors related to mobility and infrastructural and road works and will enhance the fleet of commercial, logistic and special vehicles of the Genius of the Armed Force.
