The Russians have the casus belli
The Russian embassy based in Damascus was hit by a mortar shell last Sunday. This was announced by the Russian Foreign Ministry a few hours ago.
"At 09: 00 last Sunday, 20 September, a mortar round hit the territory of the Russian embassy with headquarters in Damascus. The blow did not cause harm to people or things.
