"The transformation process of the ISIS terrorist group into a state with its own army, police, budget, taxes and social structures would never have happened without the help of the West and the monarchies of the Persian Gulf". Russian analysts, taken up by the TASS news agency, point the finger at the West and the United States for that monster (the Islamic State) that they believe would have been given birth at a table.
ISIS began as an al-Qaeda cell in Iraq in the 2013. In a very short time it has grown out of proportion, managing to declare war on some countries. In the summer of last year the fundamentalists conquer Mosul, the second largest city in Iraq and declare the birth of a caliphate that extends from Aleppo, in northern Syria, to the province of Diyala, to the east of Iraq, with a population of six million people.
"Despite being at an embryonic level, ISIS already received funding and supplies from different countries. Among these is Qatar, the same country that hosts the command of the United States armed forces in the Middle East ".
We know that at one point, from Qatar, a sum of 300 million dollars was transferred to the Islamic State through fictitious current accounts. The main account was registered in a Swiss bank in Bern (later seized). From this very background, ISIS would have drawn to lay its foundations.

What if the Russians were right?
If so, the US strategy would be clear. Because if ISIS succeeded in overthrowing Assad, it could then turn to Central Asia and the North Caucasus, from where it would be able to pose a threat to the security of Russia and China.
Russian analysts conclude: "In Europe the plan worked. Hundreds of thousands of refugees from Syria and North Africa require colossal costs to support the assistance program, which will lead to economic damage in the European Union. The United States will be able to carry out the transatlantic cooperation project easily ".
