Madness? In reverse. This is the reality of the Islamic State told on the site Niqash.org. This is the new lifestyle of the approximately 400 thousand students living in Mosul, Iraq's second city north of the country controlled by the extremist group.
After conquering the city, the terrorists destroyed many textbooks. This denotes a lucid planning, in spite of what was called a rebellious rebellion years ago. The Islamic State, like any totalitarian regime, once conquered a territory starts a detailed and meticulous indoctrination program starting right from the nursery schools. A real curriculum developed for a simple purpose: to instill hatred and create martyrs for the cause. The preface of the physical education book, developed for children aged six to twelve, reads: "Expand - Continue-Exist". With sport, such a book has nothing to do, but these words are repeated until they are exhausted. The choice, of course, is not accidental. Those words, in fact, refer to the creed of the Islamic State which recites literally "It will continue and exist and expand".
The book that we would call "religion"? It is a text that devotes a few chapters to clothing. We recommend the "Afghan" style: tunic, wide trousers and rifles of course. And indeed, the Islamic State, last week, "graduated", the first class of terrorists chosen by the new extremist government.

Hate as a subject of study: the case of Hamas
Hating Israeli civilians is a task that is very important to Hamas. The indoctrination starts early: a child from Gaza learns to despise Israel on his first day of school. Hamas's education system teaches students that Jews do not have a connection to the land of Israel and that they come from Europe. Their textbooks make no mention of Jews from Arab countries. There is no recognition of the Jewish people as a nation. Jews are described as criminals and thieves.
Hamas spreads this propaganda in schools with brochures and television programs. The Hamas propaganda channels are constantly monitored by Israeli and American intelligence agencies. They are a classic example of indoctrination, which has nothing to envy of the Nazi Hitler-Jugend. Indeed, in some ways, Hamas education is far more ruthless.
From the 2013, Hamas teaches children Hebrew, which they define as "the language of the enemy". According to the head of the Minister of Education of Gaza, Mahmoud Matar, Israel is the enemy and the teaching of the enemy's language is fundamental to understand it (and defeat it). To keep Gaza's youth indoctrinated during the holidays, Hamas also organizes summer camps. Hamas, in collaboration with other terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip, uses the summer holidays as a way to promote Jihad, the "liberation of Palestine" and the "Death in honor of Allah".

In one of the high schools in Jendouba, in the north-east of the country, a giant banner has been posted representing Hitler while he greets the German flag. On the school's Facebook page, ten maxims attributed to the Fuhrer were also published as "Do not confront a man who has nothing to lose" or "If you love your enemy, you should feel ridiculous". In another school in the area of Jendouba, the black flag of the Islamic State was displayed with the words "We wait for the power of God to come".
Obviously, targets like Steve Jobs and Bill Gates could not be missed, mocked by a part of Tunisia's future, because they were considered symbols of American imperialism. But the fund was touched in the high schools of Kairouan, the religious center of Tunisia, with banners that glorified the Islamic State. One of these shows a masked warrior armed with a scimitar with two prisoners in orange pajamas. One of these is on fire and could represent the Jordanian pilot burned alive from Daesh last February (and which sparked the wrath of Jordan).
