ISIS, graduation ceremony for terrorists: "go and kill"

31/03/15

The "graduates" were dressed in black. Everyone listened to their "speakers" during a solemn and moving ceremony that ended with the delivery of a copy of the Koran and an Ak-47. The twitter channels close to the Islamic State published, a few hours ago, some photos that immortalize the "graduation" ceremony of some young foreign terrorists who arrived in Syria to join the Caliphate.

The "degree course" in terrorism lasts 18 months at the University of Deir Az-Zour, in northern Syria.

"You have been trained to kill and fight in the name of Islam. Ours is a "jihad of civilization" against all systems influenced by the West ".

Graduated to die

Publishing these photos are two messages that the Caliphate wants to send to the world: ISIS wants to demonstrate on one hand that it is a legitimate and fully efficient state and on the other it has succeeded where Al-Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood have failed and, that is, in the creation of a "kingdom", of a "State" that can last over time.

It is, of course, a clear propaganda message in an attempt to continue making proselytes, reassuring about the stability of the Caliphate that, despite the defeats, continues its expansion. The graduation ceremony, then, shows that the government of the Caliphate is solid, there are no revolts or coups d'état and that, indeed, it is ready to defend its "institutions" and its system.

In the past, ISIS "universities" were located on the border with Turkey, the main entry point for foreign fighters aimed at the cause of radical Islam. Even today, the Islamic State controls training camps in Libya and along the border between Tunisia and Algeria.

The "education" courses also apply to children (a technique widely used by Hamas). To become a part of the "Puppy Program", a child must be eight years old. Using toy weapons, comics and cartoons designed to instill hatred, children are indoctrinated and trained to fight the West.

The "teachers", then, are the best that ISIS can offer. Suffice it to say that in a similar graduation ceremony held on 15 last March, guest of honor was Abu Waheeb, ISIS leader in Iraq who obtained the rank of "rector" after he slaughtered Shiite lorry drivers in Iraq in the 2013.
