Speaking of the wave of European officials traveling to Iran, he said EU foreign policy officer Federica Mogherini and French foreign minister Laurent Fabius are expected next week.
He reiterated that the Vienna agreement paved the way for economic cooperation with several countries that had been kept away from relations with the Islamic Republic due to sanctions in force.
Lastly, he stressed that Iran enjoys "cordial, positive and constructive" ties with Russia and China.
