"The US would not be able to attack Russia, China and Iran"

"The United States cannot overcome the defenses of Russia, China and Iran." This is what emerges from the study signed by the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments, an independent American institute. The conclusions were drawn by analyzing some data.

"American aviation has invested heavily in the purchase of short-range weapons, but in a totally inadequate manner in long-range ones. Which is why the United States could not overcome Russian, Chinese or Iranian defenses ".

The report was obviously taken from all the Chinese and Iranian agencies. The reaction of the Russian media is tepid.

“Between 2001 and 2014, the US Department of Defense purchased 304.750 direct action weapon systems with a range of 50 nautical miles (80,47 km). This investment represents 96% of all weapons purchased. The US purchased only 7109 long range systems with a capacity of 400 nautical miles (643,74 km) ”.

Experts have concluded that short-range weapons are effective only when the aircraft can approach the target, but it would be impossible to carry out large-scale military operations against an enemy that possesses high-precision defense systems.

The report, therefore, confirms what the US generals have reiterated over the last few years. US military investment is intended to support military operations in countries such as Iraq, Afghanistan and Syria, where planes can fly and throw bombs without consequences and with total impunity. At the same time, such attacks would be ineffective in hypothetical military operations against Russia, China and Iran.
