The army's commitment to the "Safe Roads" operation continues unabated. In the last two days, the Army soldiers have achieved positive results in Pisa, Trieste and Prato.

In Pisa, at the train station, a patrol was able to block a criminal who had stolen a camera from a couple of tourists. Accompanied in the offices of the Polfer he was reported for theft.

In Trieste, during a joint checkpoint with the State Police at the former border crossing of "Fernetti", the military stopped a car with some Romanian citizens on board. A check revealed that two of the passengers, a man and a woman, were the recipients of a decree of expulsion from the Italian territory for reasons of public security. The driver of the car was also found without a driving license never obtained. The search of the vehicle led to the seizure of burglary tools and, for this reason, all the occupants of the car were reported.

In Prato, a patrol warned by radio of an attempted robbery against a pharmacy by a couple of individuals, managed to reach the criminals, block them, and hand them over to the carabinieri.
