The soldiers of the "Aosta" mechanized brigade inserted inside the Forward Land Forces (FLF) BG HU carried out the first joint training activity with the other contingents present in the operational theatre.

In the presence of the Italian ambassador to Hungary, Dr. Manuel Jacoangeli, the military personnel of the maneuver company based on the 62nd infantry regiment "SICILIA" participated in a multinational exercise on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Hungary's entry into the BORN.

The activity involved a rifle platoon in defensive activity which tested interoperability with the other assets of the Hungarian and Croatian Partner Countries, highlighting, among other things, that it had a high level of readiness to carry out the mission received to defend the territories of the Alliance countries.

Particularly challenging, after the deployment of the device which ended in February, was the organizational and logistical load as a prerequisite for the operational/training activities, a real testing ground for the men and women of the National Support Element Italian who, led by their commander, Lieutenant Colonel Renato Bonfiglio, play a fundamental role on a daily basis to support the units deployed on the ground.

All departments involved in the operation Forward Land Forces (FLF) come from an intense training cycle which saw them participate in numerous exercises in the semester preceding their entry into the operational theater.
