During a military ceremony held at Palazzo Cusani in Milan, headquarters of the Army military command - Lombardy, in the presence of Major General Massimo Biagini, commander of the territorial area of the Alpine Troops Command, Brigadier General Carmine Sepe took over from Colonel Domenico Maria Davide Di Rosalia at the helm of the Lombard command.
During the ceremony, after having thanked the transferring commander for what he has done to date, General Sepe wanted to underline "the importance of the missions of the Lombardy Army military command based in a strategic region to support the institutional tasks of the Italian Army".
During his speech, the commander of the territorial area of the Alpine Troops Command, General Biagini, addressing the incoming commander and all the staff, after having expressed his gratitude for the prestigious results achieved so far, recalled in particular the importance of a center of high interest such as that represented by the square in Milan.
