The program of the exercise, which involved the personnel of the training battalion with the logistical support of the command and services company of the regiment and the 9th Alpine regiment of L'Aquila, provided for both day and night shooting with the AR70 / 90 automatic rifle and with the FN Minimi machine guns, both throwing the hand grenade.
Shooting training was complemented by hands-on surveying, broadcasting, weapons and shooting, individual combat training, health education, and land control.
