It ended in recent days at the Mario Fiore barracks in Motta di Livenza, headquarters of the multinational CIMIC group, the 2024 edition of CIMIC Tactical Operator Course (CTOC).
The course, lasting two weeks, provided attendees with the knowledge and skills to interface with military and civilian actors present in the area of operation.
Military students from all the armed forces, national and foreign, attended various theoretical and practical lessons, aimed at providing the tools to support the commander of the force or large unit, through the analysis of the civilian environment.
The participants conducted practical phases while also undergoing role play aimed at learning negotiation techniques and conceptual models to structure an evaluation of activities.
