During a patrolling activity, the soldiers alerted by the traders in the area and together with the law enforcement agencies, proceeded to identify the woman who, following further investigations, was already known to the law enforcement for numerous thefts and frauds.
The woman, accompanied at the Carabinieri station, was reported for "attempted spending of counterfeit banknotes".
On the sidelines of the intervention, the military received the applause of local traders.
